Online shipping is both effective and pleasurable and we know that deliveries need to be speedy and convenient.  We offer a number of delivery options from Royal Mail post through to International Air Cargo.  The majority of shipping options and tariffs will be displayed automatically at checkout depending on your location and the value of your order. However, for more specific requirements please use the links below.


InternetMemoryMattress offer free delivery on all orders over £60 & shipped to mainland UK. Free delivery is not applicable to the following list of post codes and extra shipping charges will need to be paid. Delivery to the following post codes will not be next day; we require 2-3 days to deliver your order.

Important Delivery Information

We deliver customer orders by Road Courier (DPD) or Royal Mail.


Delivery Policy – Standard UK Mainland Courier Delivery

We use DPD and they will communicate with you by SMS Text message prior to your delivery. Please respond to these messages as they are part of your agreement with us.  The Text will confirm the delivery time and give you a number of options to accept the delivery, delivery for another day, collect from the depot or leave safe.  Always remember to take identification when collecting form the depot.

If you did not leave a contact number on your order you will receive the above information by email.


DPD’s service is ‘signed for’ but to avoid annoying missed deliveries, your parcel(s) may be left and signed for with your nearest available neighbour if there is no one at your address available to sign for your delivery.

You will also receive a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched, normally before 6pm, where you are able to follow the journey of your order.


Failed Delivery - Refused Delivery and Order Collection Charges
Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt and customer failure to collect from the DPD Depot, DPD will return the product to our warehouse at an additional cost and we will pass this charge on to you. If you require re-delivery there will be an additional delivery charge at prevailing rate.


If a delivery is refused or totally failed due to an address error on your part, we will make a charge for returning the item to our warehouse.

It is important therefore that you take steps to receive your delivery or collect from the depot or post office. Re-delivery of returned parcels will cost £14.45 (£9.50 for return to warehouse plus £4.95) including VAT

Where the courier is required to collect product from your home and return to our warehouse the cost will be £15.00


Once an order has been dispatched the address cannot be changed.

International & Europe Shipping Service - Air Courier

We regularly ship by air to most International destinations. In all cases the delivery charges quoted on your order are estimates and we will confirm the actual cost following a specific quote for your order and destination.  We will not refund any shipping charges once an order has been dispatched.

EU Shipping Service – Road Courier

In addition to our high speed Air Courier Service (2-3 working days) InternetMemoryMattress also offer the following tariffs for Road Courier with delivery in 2-7 days.These Insured Tariffs are based on one single parcel (#1) Weight up to 30.0kg. Consignments of 2 parcels = double the quoted charge. UK VAT included if applicable.

Acceptance & Return of Internationally Shipped Goods 

International Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning products to our Distribution Centre, regardless of circumstances.

You are totally reliable for all Import or Customs Duties imposed by your Country’s Customs Officers.

Return Costs If you are not prepared to accept the costs of returning items to us from outside the EU, please do not place an order.

Correct Address You are responsible for ensuring the correct address on your order as we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to wrong address. Once your order has been dispatched the address on the order cannot be changed.

Failed or Missed deliveries We are not responsible for goods returned to our warehouse due to failed or missed deliveries. Shipping charges will be non-refundable and getting an item re-sent to you will be at your cost.

Consumer Tax and VAT. Orders shipped to addresses outside the EU will be shipped Excluding VAT. We cannot deduct VAT from orders delivered to an EU address even if the final destination is outside the EU. Note: we do not supply VAT reclaim forms

Customs and Local Duties We cannot and will not accept responsibility for any country Taxes or Duties imposed at your Customs or entry port, please check locally before you order.

Order Refusal at your country, if products are barred from entry into your country, you will be responsible for all associated costs or return or destruction. Equally, if you refuse to accept a delivery made in accordance with your order, the full cost or resolving the matter must be met by you.

IMPORTANT notice for International Customers:     


We will ship only brand new boxed products which will be suitably wrapped/packed for the journey to avoid any damage in transit.
