Returns
In the unlikely event that you find your mattress or topper unsuitable we are pleased to offer a 14 day return policy with a full refund. Please allow a minimum period of ten days in order for your body to adjust to sleeping on memory foam before advising us via email or telephone that you intend to return your goods.
We will send you packaging that must be used in order to protect the mattress from damage during transit as the mattress will no longer be vacuum packed. It is your responsibility to ensure that all items are safely and securely wrapped.
Should returned goods arrive soiled or damaged for whatever reason we reserve the right to charge for a replacement mattress cover where necessary.
Items returned at your own cost. We will advise return delivery details and can organise this if requested. Upon inspection of returned goods refund will be processed within 7 days.
Delivery
All prices include free standard next working day or chosen working day delivery within the UK mainland. Before noon and Saturday deliveries are charged extra. See Delivery Info for further information. We aim to provide next working day delivery on all stock items ordered by 1pm. Any item delivered to you soiled or damaged will be replaced with no further cost. We can also transport to overseas destinations. Please contact us regarding deliveries outside of mainland UK. We cannot be held directly responsible for any delays caused by our delivery couriers or any other issues once goods have been despatched from our premises.
Payment
We accept payment by credit and debit cards via our online shop. Telephone orders and payment are also acceptable.
If payment is declined after we have despatched goods, we reserve the right to request further payment or recover the goods from you.
Warranty
Memory foam mattresses and toppers have a 5 year guarantee regarding the foam core, provided it has been used for its normal and proper purpose, and has not been modified in any way.
Mattress covers, topper covers and pillows are guaranteed for 1 year.
If a defect appears at any time within a 5 year period following the purchase date, please contact us with your proof of purchase.
Ordering
Once you have ordered your goods via our website or telephone we will send you a VAT invoice by email or post.
