If your order is damaged on delivery we will replace or repair free of charge providing you make the driver aware that the products are damaged.  Once goods are signed for you shall be responible for any repairs or replacements. All mattresses excluding the Valuepac range come with a 5 year guarantee certificate regarding the foam core, provided it has been used for its normal and proper purpose, and has not been modified in any way. Valuepac comes with a 12 month guarantee and mattress  covers are covered by a 12 month guarantee.  In the event that you order in the incorrect size, an exchange for the appropriate size can be arranged providing that the original item you received is unopened and in its original packaging a fee will be required for the additional collection and delivery costs. Breasley products do not provide a no comfort exchange policy. 


If a defect appears at any time within a 5 year period following the purchase date, please contact us with your proof of purchase.




Free & Fast Delivery is standard on all mattress beds and toppers purchased from Internet Memory Mattress.co.uk to the majority of addresses within the UK mainland. Exceptions are Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands and some FK, IV, KW, PA, PH Postcodes for which there will be a nominal charge and you will be advised by email before we ship your order.

We aim to offer Next Day Delivery (excluding weekends and bank Holidays) on all orders received before 12pm:  You can specify a Saturday or Morning/Afternoon at extra cost. We do not deliver on Sunday or bank Holidays.

The delivery must be signed for and the couriers will not leave your in order in outbuildings, garages or anywhere outside the premises.

We reserve the right to charge for redelivery if no one is available to receive the goods on the confirmed date of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are received safely at the specified delivery address. 

You order will normally be delivered directly from or by the specialist Distributor or manufacturer. If no one is at home to receive your order the product will be returned to the depot and there may be a charge for redelivery.  If you cancel your order as a result of this failed delivery charge then the cost of the failed delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Please report any problems with your delivery to us ideally immediately but certainly on the next working day. If your product arrives damaged you should reject the delivery and ask the courier to return the product unopened.


We accept payment by credit and debit cards via our online shop. Telephone orders and payment are also acceptable.

If payment is declined after we have despatched goods, we reserve the right to request further payment or recover the goods from you. 


Once you have ordered your goods via our website or telephone we will send you a VAT invoice by email or post.
